Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations at one or more self-storage locations under guidance from District/Store Manager. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, guiding a structured sales process to maximize unit rentals and related products (insurance, moving supplies), and ensuring high cleanliness and safety standards through regular site maintenance and inspections. Handles customer concerns related to billing, security, and auctions; processes payments and performs daily bank deposits. Requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience and a high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
