Job Summary
Assist in daily operations across one or more self-storage locations under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, drive sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, and ensure high cleanliness standards. Conduct daily site safety inspections, handle billing and delinquent payments, process customer payments and daily deposits, and uphold professional relationships with all employees. Relevant experience in customer-facing roles and ability to manage a range of duties from sales to site upkeep are valued. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED required; college education a plus
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
