Job Summary

Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting daily operations across self-storage locations, building strong customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, driving unit rentals and related sales (including unit insurance and moving supplies), maintaining site cleanliness and safety inspections, handling billing and payments, and upholding a professional, service-oriented culture under district leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
  • High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
