Job Summary
Assist in managing daily operations across multiple self-storage locations; build and maintain customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions; drive sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies; maintain site cleanliness and safety inspections; handle billing issues and payments, and perform cash deposits; coordinate with District Manager and Store Manager to ensure high service standards and a strong company culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Except in New York City and Brooklyn (driver license/vehicle requirement)
