Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager with responsibility for supporting daily operations across multiple self-storage locations, maintaining high cleanliness standards, building customer relationships, and driving sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Responsibilities include ensuring site upkeep and safety, conducting regular site inspections, handling customer billing and payments, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining professional relationships with team members. Requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience and a valid driver’s license; HS diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
