Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting daily operations across multiple self-storage locations, building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, and driving sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Maintains cleanliness and safety of the site, conducts daily site inspections, handles billing and payments (including delinquent accounts), processes cash and deposits, and upholds professional relationships with employees. The role emphasizes customer service, sales process execution, and operating duties across the district under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager.
