Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting daily operations across multiple self-storage locations. Build and maintain customer relationships, drive sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, maintain site cleanliness, conduct daily safety inspections, handle billing and payments, and resolve customer concerns while upholding company culture and procedures. Requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, and a high school diploma or GED; college education is a plus. Location-specific duties may include Sundays off depending on location; opportunity for growth and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
