Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
Assist in daily operations of multiple self-storage locations and uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Build and maintain customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, drive sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, and manage customer accounts. Perform cash handling and bank deposits, address billing and delinquent payments, and collaborate with district/store leadership to deliver excellent customer service. Requires reliability, good communication, and a passion for helping people; bilingual Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Sales experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
