Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Extra Space Storage, day shift, supports daily operations for multiple self-storage locations under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager. This role builds customer relationships, drives unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving-supplies sales, and ensures high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include maintaining site cleanliness through routine maintenance, conducting daily safety inspections, handling cash transactions, balancing receipts, following up on delinquent payments, processing customer payments and deposits, and addressing customer concerns related to billing and site usage. Required Qualifications
