Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Extra Space Storage supports daily operations of one or more self-storage locations under the District Manager and Store Manager. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, executing a structured sales process to maximize unit rentals and move-in products, maintaining high cleanliness standards across the site and office, conducting daily site safety inspections, addressing customer billing concerns, handling cash and deposits, and upholding a professional company culture. Requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle (except NYC), and a high school diploma or GED.
