Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations of one or more self-storage locations. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, managing customer accounts, maximizing sales objectives, maintaining cleanliness standards, performing safety inspections, handling cash transactions, and addressing customer concerns. Candidates should have at least 1+ year of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED is mandatory. Physical requirements involve indoor and outdoor tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs, and seasonal weather exposure. Sales experience is preferred.
