Job Summary
Assist in daily operations across multiple self-storage locations, support district and store leadership, and help maintain high cleanliness standards. Build customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, execute a structured sales process to maximize unit rentals and related products, manage customer accounts, handle cash transactions and bank deposits, perform safety and site maintenance checks, resolve billing and delinquent payments, and uphold professional standards and company culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent required
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in New York City and Brooklyn)
- Sales experience preferred
