Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, building customer relationships, driving unit rentals and ancillary sales (insurance, moving supplies), maintaining cleanliness and safety, performing daily site safety inspections, handling cash transactions and deposits, resolving billing or account concerns, and fostering professional relationships with the store team. Requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience, a High School diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle. Day shift with potential Sundays off depending on location; multi-store district responsibilities and collaboration with District/Store Manager to deliver operational excellence.
Required Qualifications

- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
