Assistant Store Manager

Manage daily operations across multiple self-storage locations by building customer relationships, maximizing sales through unit rentals and insurance, and ensuring high cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance. Conduct daily site safety inspections, handle cash transactions and bank deposits, and resolve customer concerns regarding billing, security, and site usage. Perform physical duties including sweeping, mopping, grounds maintenance, and lifting items up to 50 lbs while maintaining professional relationships with all employees. Work daytime hours with potential Sundays off, earning $15.00-$17.00/hr. Support Extra Space Storage's mission as the largest self-storage operator in the U.S.
