Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in the daily operations of a self-storage location, build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales through unit rentals and moving supplies, ensure cleanliness and safety of the site, perform daily site safety inspections, handle billing and payments, resolve customer concerns, and maintain professional relationships with employees. Relevant responsibilities include cash handling and deposits, addressing delinquent payments, and supporting initiatives to meet sales objectives while upholding company culture and standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
