Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Extra Space Storage supporting daily operations across one or more self-storage locations under the District Manager and Store Manager. Responsible for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, driving unit rentals and upsell of unit insurance and moving supplies, maintaining high cleanliness standards, conducting daily site safety inspections, resolving customer concerns related to billing and security, handling cash transactions and deposits, and fostering professional relationships with employees. The role emphasizes a structured sales process, operational excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple sites within the district. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and offers a starting hourly pay range of $18.00-$20.00, with benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
