Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions while maximizing sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure highest cleanliness standards are met through continuous maintenance of the site, including office, interior, and exterior areas, and perform daily safety inspections with lock checks. Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, and site usage, while handling cash transactions, balancing receipts, processing payments, and completing daily bank deposits. Work between multiple stores in the district under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager.
