Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing accounts through in-person and phone interactions. Maximize sales objectives via unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the site and grounds. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns related to billing, security, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Ensure the facility meets operational excellence under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager.
