Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing accounts through in-person and phone interactions. Maximize sales objectives via unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the site, office, and exterior areas. Perform daily safety inspections including lock checks, address customer concerns regarding billing and security, and handle cash transactions, payments, and daily bank deposits. Requires a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
