Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and handling billing, security, and auction concerns. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site and grounds. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and manage cash transactions, receipts, and daily bank deposits. Address customer issues related to proper site usage and resolve billing disputes promptly. This role supports daily operations at one or more self-storage locations under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager.
