Assist Store Manager in daily operations across multiple self-storage locations, ensuring high cleanliness standards and operational excellence. Build customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, present a structured sales process, maximize unit rentals and moving-supply sales, manage customer accounts and billing, conduct daily safety and site maintenance inspections, handle cash transactions and daily deposits, and maintain professional relationships with Extra Space Storage team members. Strong communication, reliability, and a customer-service orientation are essential.
