Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing accounts through in-person and phone interactions. Maximize sales objectives via unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring highest cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the site, office, and surrounding areas. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and resolve customer concerns regarding billing, security, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Work between multiple stores in the district with daytime hours; compensation is $16.00-$20.00 hourly. This role supports daily operations under the District Manager and Store Manager at Extra Space Storage, the largest self-storage company in the United States by store count.
