Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance of the site, including office and storage building interiors and exteriors. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks. Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and proper site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Work between multiple stores in the district with hours varying from 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Sunday. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
