Assistant Store Manager

Manage daily operations for one or more self-storage locations, ensuring high cleanliness standards and performing continuous site maintenance. Build and maintain customer relationships through in-person interactions while maximizing sales objectives for unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Conduct daily safety inspections, resolve customer concerns regarding billing and security, and process cash transactions and daily bank deposits. Work between multiple stores in the district during day shifts only, with the location closed on Sundays. Requires a valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
