Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and managing accounts. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site and grounds. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns regarding billing, security, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Work day shifts only with office hours closing at 6pm, rotating between multiple district stores, and note that Sundays are closed at this location.
