Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure highest cleanliness standards are met through continuous maintenance of the site, including office, interior, and exterior areas. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns related to billing, security, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Perform additional duties as assigned. This role supports daily operations of self-storage locations under the guidance of District and Store Managers.
