Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance of the site, including the office, interior, and exteriors of the storage building. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks. Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and proper site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Protect company culture by establishing professional relationships with all Extra Space employees. Perform additional duties as assigned.
