Job Summary
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance of the site, including the office, interior, and exteriors. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns related to billing, security, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Work day shifts only with office closing at 6pm, rotating between multiple district stores, with this location closed on Sundays. Pay range $16.00/hr.
