Job Summary
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and resolving billing or security concerns. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards via continuous site maintenance and safety inspections. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Perform additional duties as assigned under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Current valid driver's license
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle
- High School diploma or GED
