Assistant Store Manager

Conduct daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and ensure highest cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the office, storage building, and surrounding areas. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and resolving concerns related to billing, security, and site usage. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies while handling cash transactions, balancing receipts, and completing daily bank deposits. Perform additional duties as assigned across multiple stores in the district.
