Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and resolving billing or security concerns. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site and grounds. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and complete daily bank deposits. Address customer issues related to auctions and proper site usage. This role supports daily operations at one of over 4,000 Extra Space locations nationwide, offering daytime hours with potential Sundays off and a competitive starting pay of $18.50–$20.50 hourly.
