Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing accounts through in-person and phone interactions. Maximize sales objectives via unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring highest cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the site, office, and surrounding areas. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns related to billing, security, and auctions. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Work multiple shifts across district stores between 8am and 7pm with potential Sunday off. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
