Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and resolving billing or security concerns. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and complete daily bank deposits. Work between multiple stores in the district under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager, with daytime hours and potential Sundays off. This role supports the daily operations of self-storage locations at Extra Space Storage, the largest operator of self-storage facilities in the United States.
