Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance of the site, including the office, interior, and exterior storage building. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns related to billing, security, and auctions. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. This role supports daily operations of one or more self-storage locations under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager, ensuring the facility meets operational excellence standards.
