Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and managing accounts. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure high cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site, office, and storage building interiors and exteriors. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns regarding billing, security, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. This role supports daily operations of one or more self-storage locations under the District Manager and Store Manager.
