Job Summary
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions while maximizing sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance of the site, including sweeping, mopping, and grounds upkeep. Perform daily site safety inspections, address customer concerns related to billing and security, and handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and complete daily bank deposits. Work day shifts only with office closures at 6pm, rotating between multiple district stores, with Sunday off dependent on location.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Current valid driver's license
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle
- High School diploma or GED
