Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and managing accounts. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site, office, and storage building. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns related to billing, security, and auctions. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Work between multiple stores in the district under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager.
