Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and resolving billing or security concerns. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site and grounds. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and complete daily bank deposits. Address customer issues related to auctions and proper site usage, maintaining professional relationships with all employees. This role supports daily operations under the District Manager and Store Manager at one of the largest self-storage networks in the U.S.
