Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and resolving billing or security concerns. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness via continuous maintenance of the site and grounds. Perform daily site safety inspections including lock checks, handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Ensure the facility meets operational excellence under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager.
