Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing accounts through in-person and phone interactions. Maximize sales objectives via unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the site and grounds. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns regarding billing, security, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, process payments, and complete daily bank deposits. This role supports daily operations across multiple district locations, requiring bilingual Spanish skills and a valid driver's license.
