Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing accounts through in-person and phone interactions. Maximize sales objectives by securing unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the site, office, and surrounding areas. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and address customer concerns related to billing, security, and auctions. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Work day shifts only with office hours closing at 6pm, rotating between multiple stores in the district, with this location closed on Sundays. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
