Assistant Store Manager

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and resolving billing or security concerns. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and process daily bank deposits. Work between multiple stores in the district with daytime hours, excluding Sundays at this location. This role supports daily operations under the District Manager and Store Manager at Extra Space Storage, the largest self-storage company in the United States.
