Assistant Store Manager

Conduct daily site safety inspections, including lock checks, and ensure highest cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the site, office, and storage building interiors and exteriors. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting tailored solutions, and resolving concerns related to billing, security, and site usage. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies while handling cash transactions, balancing receipts, and processing daily bank deposits. Perform additional duties as assigned under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager.
