Job Summary
Provide hands-on leadership and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed goals, while maintaining an energetic, safe, and engaging work environment. Lead and, as needed, perform functions of Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians due to business needs or staff absences. Experience in vehicle maintenance is preferred but not required; candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience can be trained.
