Lead a fast-paced NAPA store as Assistant Store Manager, driving sales, profitability, and exceptional customer service. Provide daily leadership to the crew, coach and train teammates, and foster a culture of engagement while managing store operations, inventory protection, asset safety, and overall store readiness to deliver superior customer care and business results. Knowledge of automotive aftermarket to support cataloging/inventory systems and a passion for automotive industry is a plus.
