Job Summary
Lead a fast-paced NAPA store as Assistant Store Manager, delivering superior customer care while driving store growth and profitability. Provide daily leadership to a retail team, support the store manager, manage store operations, coach and engage crew to achieve high customer satisfaction, maintain inventory integrity, and uphold safety and cleanliness across the store, delivery vehicles, stock room, and surrounding areas. Drive NAPA programs and continuous process improvements, build long-term customer relationships, handle sales/service inquiries, and contribute to a positive in-store and phone experience. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in automotive after-market or related fields (or willingness to learn), strong people skills, and ability to lift 60 lbs. ASE certifications and/or automotive industry background are a plus.
