Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager leading a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment for NAPA, supporting the store manager, coaching a crew to deliver superior customer care, driving sales, profitability, and store initiatives, managing operations, inventory protection, safety, and delivering training to develop team capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or hobby/DIY world, or willingness to learn
- Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships
- Thrive in a fast paced and complex environment
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 60lbs
- Background in automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership (preferred)
- Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or fast food/restaurant/convenience store management (preferred)
- ASE Certifications (preferred)
- NAPA Know How (preferred)
