Job Summary
Lead a successful team in a fast-paced NAPA retail store; support the store manager; manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service; build, coach, train, and engage team members to deliver superb customer care and business results; ensure inventory protection and asset management; maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and outdoor areas; drive NAPA programs and continuous process improvements; grow customer relationships and assist with sales/service inquiries to provide a positive in-store and phone experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or hobby/DIY world, or willingness to learn all things automotive
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 60lbs in some situations
- ASE Certifications (preferred)
