Job Summary
Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage in our fast-paced retail stores. Build, coach, train and engage crew to deliver superior levels of customer care and business results. Manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service; ensure inventory protection and asset management; maintain cleanliness and readiness of store, stock room, and delivery areas. Drive NAPA operational and marketing programs toward continuous improvement in processes and procedures; grow customer relationships and assist with sales/service questions both in-store and over the phone.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or willingness to learn all things automotive
