Job Summary
Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage operations in a fast-paced auto parts retail environment. Drive store growth, profitability, and superior customer care while building and coaching a crew to deliver exceptional service. Implement and sustain company initiatives, manage inventory and asset protection, and ensure safe, clean store operations and delivery areas. Develop customer relationships, answer sales/service questions, and contribute to positive experiences in-store and over the phone. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and growth opportunities within the NAPA organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or willingness to learn all things automotive
- Ability to lift 60lbs in some situations
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
